Review: Belif First Aid 360 Eye Care Mask

My last review from the Korean brand "Belif." My eyes have 3 big problems: dark circles, fine lines under the eyes, and super puffy under eyes. Put all these things together and you have eyes that look 10 years older than they're supposed to. I've had some success with eye creams so far, namely Sulwhasoo Essential Rejuvenating Eye Cream for my dark circles and puffiness (though it's only mildly effective for puffiness) and The Face Shop Smim Fermentation Concentrate Eye Cream for my fine lines.

Review: Etude House Collagen Eye Gel Patch

For those who follow me, if you're wondering why the background looks different, that's because I just came back from Seoul! Hehe. So I'm actually backtracking because I tried this eye mask while I was in Seoul, and this picture was taken in my hotel room. I really love The Face Shop Raspberry Lines & Lift Collagen Eye Patch from my first trip to Seoul. But despite its effectiveness in taking away all my fine lines and eye bags, it is quite pricey and the effect only lasts around a day. I've heard of the Etude House eye patch before so I made it one of my goals to try it out while I was in Seoul.

Review: Nature Republic Aqua Collagen Solution Marine Hydro Gel Eye Patch

Third eye mask review! I just did one yesterday for Nature Republic Snaytox Hydrogel Eye Patch, where I found that there wasn't much essence left in the patch. Not sure if it just evaporated or if there was just not much to begin with, but to be on the safe side I decided I might as well use this one too before it gets any drier. I was first exposed to the whole eye mask thing when I went to Korea last summer. I bought the immensely popular The Face Shop Raspberry Lines & Lift Raspberry Collagen Eye Patch, which were sold in packs of 200 and 300 in the stores there!

The criteria I have for eye masks is similar to sheet masks. First is, of course, effectiveness. Second is whether or not it can stick on my under eye and feel comfortable (or even better, I don't feel it being on my under eye after awhile). This is because I don't have the patience nor the time to sit there for 30-40 minutes. I need to be doing something while I put on this mask and if I need to fix it every minute because it's falling off my under eye then that's an instant fail. Third is whether or not it absorbs. If I don't feel a difference in the wetness of the sheet mask after 30 minutes.. then there is a problem with the compatibility of the mask with my under eye.

Review: Nature Republic Snaytox Hydrogel Eye Patch

Second eye mask review! I admit, I don't use eye masks very often because I have to put them right up against my lower eyelid because that's where my fine lines are and it's not the most comfortable thing to keep on for 30-40 minutes. When I went inside The Face Shop store in Korea, this eye mask caught my eye. Not because it had great design, but because the eye mask was packed in packages of literally 300 eye masks. It was like a huge cube. The salesperson said this was a very effective eye mask and customers come in and buy them in hoards of...300. Since the fine lines under my eyes were starting to bother me, I decided to buy a package myself. I had to keep asking and asking until I got the smallest package that the salesperson was willing to give me, which turned out to be 20 pairs of eye masks.
